​About Benjamin Nanchen

Benjamin is a Service Design practitioner and Accessibility nerd

​Benjamin Nanchen, PhD in Management Science, is a professor at the HES-SO. Between 2021 and 2024, he was the manager of the program Innovation Booster Technology and Special Needs, which aims to promote innovation with persons with disabilities.

Before that Benjamin worked in the tourism sector in marketing, quality assurance and research roles for Crans-Montana Tourism & Congress.

Benjamin is also deeply involved within the Service Design community. He was the guest editor for the Journal Touchpoint Vol. 16 No. 2 about "Designing equitable experiences".
