As a Partner at oblo and Scientific Coordinator of ServiceDesignTools.org, she has over a decade of experience collaborating with diverse organizations—from startups to the United Nations—focusing on designing impactful experiences by understanding stakeholder needs and systemic complexities.
Since 2019, Yulya has led oblo's AI-related projects, developing step-by-step methods and tools to help designers navigate the complexities of AI technologies. Her work emphasizes advancing design methodologies through continuous experimentation and interdisciplinary learning, moving beyond human-centered design towards planetary thinking.
Yulya shares her expertise as an educator at leading Italian design institutions and through specialized professional training programs.
