About Monse Moreno

Monse is one of the leaders of the Service Design Network Guadalajara Chapter and co-founder of Service Design Games 2025.

She is a Service Designer at bucle®, a boutique firm she founded in Mexico that helps companies formalize their legacy through a portfolio of intangible assets, combining service design, business strategy, and intellectual property.

Monse also coordinates the Service Design Laboratory at ITESO (Jesuit University of Guadalajara), where she currently leads social-impact projects. Among them, Distintivo CRECE, a public certification program for inclusive workplaces in Jalisco, co-led by the State Ministry of Economic Development, and Fundación Marisa, articulating government, academia, and civil society around inclusive labor environments.

In parallel, she works as Innovation & CX Consultant at The Possible Place and teaches Strategic Service Design at Repensar.

She knows the service reality from the ground up and has designed across all levels, from operations to strategy, always with a human and systemic lens.
