Today, Greg leads as Director of the Service Design Global Center of Excellence at Slalom, where he steers design strategy, research, and training initiatives that support 47 offices across four continents.
Before taking on this global role, Greg held several leadership positions within Slalom, including Senior Principal in Design Strategy and Principal of Experience Strategy & Design.
Prior to Slalom, he served as Chief Creative Officer at Atelier Design and held senior roles at HCL Technologies, leading creative technologies and customer engagement strategies for clients such as Samsung and GE Healthcare.
Greg’s creative leadership journey spans advertising and experiential design roles across Europe and the U.S., including in Paris, where he worked with major brands including Levi’s, Lacoste, and Club Med.
Beyond his professional work, Brandon is the co-founder of Service Design Dallas, a local chapter of the Service Design Network.
He is also a Senior Director on the SDN Global Senior Leadership Team and Head of North America, and a member of the Forbes Business Council.
Today, Christopher serves as Director of Service Design at Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas.
Before joining the healthcare sector, Christopher spent seven years at Capital One, where he held two leadership roles: Senior Manager of Experience Design – Business Architecture, and Senior Manager of Experience Design – Product.
Christopher’s design career spans more than a decade at Texas Instruments, where he held various roles including User Experience Design Manager. He started his journey at Compaq ESG after graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Beyond his professional work, Brandon is the co-founder of Service Design Dallas, a local chapter of the Service Design Network.
The vision of the Service Design Network Dallas Chapter is to create a welcoming group of Service Designers in the Dallas community to connect, collaborate, and co-create.
As Service Design is gaining traction in Dallas, large companies and consultancies like Capital One and Slalom are actively building Service Design practices and evangelizing the tools and methods to the greater design community through meetups, conference sessions and client work.
Several local schools and universities are adding Service Design classes to their UX, Design and Business Strategy programs.
Today the Dallas Service Design Network Chapter is a vibrant community with 5300+ members in its meetup and offering monthly events.
The Swiss Service Design Week is a celebration of all things Service Design with remote lightning talks and on-site workshops.
