Dr. Anja De Lorenzo brings extensive expertise in hotel and venue pre-openings and openings, service design, and strategic transformation across the hospitality, cultural, and nonprofit sectors.
With a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) focused on customer journey, touchpoint management, and digitalization in the Swiss service sector, she now applies her research to museums navigating digital change—advising on visitor journey design, audience development, and user-centered strategies. Anja also supports cultural institutions in developing integrated fundraising and sponsorship models. Her career spans international leadership roles in luxury hospitality, brand management, and process optimization.
Anja has also published articles about Service Design in Touchpoint, the Service Design Journal published by the Service Design Network.
