Share your challenges with other Service Design practitioner and support other professionals in a remote and free coaching session. (See in your local time zone)
You'll be introduced to the structured intervision process that we'll use in the group coaching sessions.
You'll join a smaller group for a confidential coaching session using a structured intervision process.
Participants who feel comfortable sharing with the wider community can share key insights and learnings that are inspired from the coaching session.
We'll use a group coaching process inspired by the art of intervision.
Each participant shares a challenge they have at the moment. The group selects one challenge for the group coaching.
Use the following format:
I'm [firstname] and I come from [country]. My challenge at the moment or question at the moment is:
How can I [question]?
The participants ask clarifying questions about the selected challenge. The questions are open and don't include any advice or analysis.
The person who brought the challenge remains silent while the rest of the group discusses the selected challenge or question asked.
The person who brought the challenge synthesizes what insights she takes from the discussion and what she decides to do next.
Each participant shares:
Feeling: a one word summary of how they feel after the session
Encouragement: a one word encouragement for the person who brought the challenge
The coaching and intervisions sessions will not be recorded.
But key insights and learnings that participants want to share more widely will be shared in a summary video.
We'll email you (if you allowed us to send you an email) to let you know that the recording and additional resources are ready.
