As the founder of IMMA Collective, Lilli supports freelancers and independent professionals in growing sustainable, life-supporting practices—not just profitable ventures. Alongside this, she consults with impact-driven organizations to strengthen their adaptive capacity in times of compounding change, offering strategic design, facilitation, and resilience-building expertise. Her work spans topics like climate adaptation and personal and financial resilience.
Prior to founding IMMA, Lilli worked in Service Design roles at Taxfix, Idean, Projects by IF, Livework Studio and Experientia. Before her transition to Service Design Lilli worked project and innovation management roles
She worked with a wide range of organizations including Oatly, Zalando, the UK Government, Lufthansa, Vodafone, Google, and the Financial Resilience Institute.
Lilli also taught Design Research at SUPSI, University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland, and served as a Visiting Professor at Politecnico di Milano.
