Today Dr. Mauro Luis Gotsch works as a Scientific Project Manager at the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden in Switzerland. There he works on research projects around Digital Transformation in Tourism, teaches Consumer Behaviour and Digital Tourism courses and is the program manager of the Certificate-Course « Digital Transformation » of the New Work Academy.
Before that, Mauro worked in communications and marketing in various industries and contexts including for the Institute of Marketing and Customer Insight of the IMC-HSG.
Mauro is a published academic that has written extensively on questions of Service Design and Tourism. His papers have been published in publications like the Journal of Consumer Behavior, Management Review Quarterly, Marketing Review St. Gallen, etc.
